Managing Director

Godfrey is one of the founders and director of the company having over 17 years’ experience in Building and Civil engineering, of construction and infrastructure projects. He holds a Higher Diploma in Construction (Building and Civil Engineering) from Uganda Polytechnic Kyambogo.

He is involved in the Business Development, Procurement, Project Management and Administration of the Company.

DAMALIE MUKASA

Construction Manager

Damalie holds MSC in Project Management (specialization in Construction and Infrastructure) from the University of Liverpool and Higher Diploma in Construction (Building and Civil Engineering) from Uganda Polytechnic Kyambogo. She is a Member of Project Management Institute (PMI).

Over seventeen years of working experience in Buildings & Civil Engineering working with Consultants and Contractors with knowledge in contract and procurement management, scope management, time management, quality management, communication management, risk management, cost management and human resource management which are vital components of project management.

She is involved in business development, contract and procurement management, personnel management, logistic management and project management in order to deliver projects on time, within budget, and of desired quality.

STEVEN GWOJOLOGA

MUIPE, Project Engineer

Steven is a graduate member of Uganda Institute of Professional Engineers holding a BSc in Civil Engineering from Kyambogo University and a Higher Diploma in Construction (Building and Civil Engineering) from Uganda Polytechnic Kyambogo He also holds a Higher Diploma in Construction (Building Economics) from National Polytechnic Nairobi.

He has over seventeen years of working experience in Building and Civil Engineering working with contractors and Local government entities like Makindye Division Urban Council and Kampala City Council.

He has experience in procurement of works, services and goods, project design & preparation, construction supervision, measurement and valuation of works, contract management and project management.

He is the liaison person between the construction manager and technical staff; responsible for completing construction and infrastructure projects by organizing and controlling project elements i.e. schedule preparation, preplanning & resource forecasting of all technical activities relating to projects. Involved in resource management of suppliers, quality management and project management of projects to ensure projects are completed according to project plans. He is also responsible with management of project teams, resources and training.

IDD SEMWAMI MATOVU

Finance and Administration Manager

Idd holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration & Management from Nkumba University with a UDBS Accounting in Business Studies and Management.

He is involved in the supervision of all financial activities, document management, vehicle management, public relations, human resource and administration of the company.
